For the most part, an Institutional Online Subscription authorizes use at a localized site. A "site" is an organizational unit, and may be academic or nonacademic. For organizations located in more than one city, each city office is considered a different site. For organizations within the same city that are administered independently, each office is considered a different site.

For example, each campus in the XYZ State University system is considered a different site, and each branch or office of XYZ Laboratories is considered a different site.

Individuals who are not ASA-CSSA-SSSA members may subscribe at the Individual (Non-Member) level, at the Institutional level, or may want to consider applying for ASA-CSSA-SSSA membership.

Ordering Procedure

Subscribing to ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals Online is a 2 step process:

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals, ISSN XXXX-XXXX. Print, online, or CD versions, or any combination may be purchased. Payment should be made to your subscription agent or directly to ASA-CSSA-SSSA.

Second, once your serial vendor or ASA-CSSA-SSSA has received payment, you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals Online:

Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email

Customer number (included with the letter)

We will send you the address of this web form and instructions for filling it out after we verify payment. Your institution will not have access to the full ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals Online until you complete this second step.

If you are subscribing to ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals through a book agent and the issues are being shipped directly to your address, please give us a call at (608) 273-8080 or fax us at (608) 273-2021 and we will try to assist you. Make sure that the subscriber ID number we provided you with is available.

If you are subscribing to ASA-CSSA-SSSA Journals through a book agent and the issues are being sent to them at their collection place, please call your book agent and ask them to provide us with documentation that identifies you as a subscriber. Without documentation, you will not be identified as a paid subscriber and we will not be able to help you from our office.
