Shoot metal concentrations in seedlings of wild-type (WT) and APS (i.e., overexpression of ATP sulfurylase) transgenic Indian mustard supplied with six metals, at concentrations as listed in Table 1. Values shown represent the mean and standard error of the mean of five samples consisting of six or seven seedlings each. All metals shown here were present at significantly different concentrations ({alpha} = 0.05) between WT and APS seedlings. Additional results from metals that were accumulated to a similar extent by both plant types are shown in Table 2.
