The Lake Erie Agricultural Systems for Environmental Quality (LEASEQ) study area includes the watersheds of the Maumee and Sandusky Rivers (shaded), located in northwestern Ohio, northeastern Indiana, and southern Michigan. The circles near the mouths of the rivers indicate the locations of the Water Quality Laboratory sampling stations, at Woodville on the Maumee and at Fremont on the Sandusky.
