Shoot metal concentrations in wild-type (WT) and APS (i.e., overexpression of ATP sulfurylase) transgenic Indian mustard plants supplied with six metals at the concentrations listed in Table 1. Values shown represent the mean and standard error of the mean of 10 plants, each sampled once. All metals shown here were present at significantly different concentrations ({alpha} = 0.05) between WT and APS plants. Additional results from metals that were accumulated to a similar extent by both plant types are shown in Table 3.
